Was the youngest of four children and is the second generation working in Real Estate.
After marring her husband Milton Watson his first coaching job was for the Lewisville Independent school district so Leanna started her career in Real Estate in Lewisville, Texas in 1978 working with Century 21 James Higgins and quickly became a top producer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has been married for over 30+ years and tributes that to all the hard work and loving her career in Real Estate which has kept her fulfilled and happy.

Leanna has raised three boys that are now grown and living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where she will become a grandmother for the first time in April 2010. Family has always been her top priority. She is also a member of the Riverside Church in Coppell where she remains active along with other community activities.

Leanna has owned and operated other high profile offices but believes Weichert is going to be the Best office she has ever owned simply because of the Relocation business. Watson and Associates plans to expand in the Dallas area and is the top Weichert office in the DFW Metro-Plex.
